We work closely with highly reputable London-based Foreign Exchange specialists, to secure you the best possible rate when buying the required Euro currency, which is then held in a secure client escrow account. No funds are transferred until all paperwork has been cleared and verified by the Public Notary to ensure you of free title. This protects your money and our reputation. We have excellent relationships with a number of Greek banks and act as official introductory brokers for those looking to raise finance in Greece. The banks we deal with, Alpha Bank, Piraeus Bank, National Bank, Attica Bank and Euro Bank, will typically lend 70-80% of the total purchase or project costs dependent on your ability to service the loan. We also make introductions to two leading insurance companies - Alpha Insurance and Aspis Pronoia.
