The 65 sq.m apartment is light and spacious. Ideal for managerial accommodation or as a family rental. It has been well maintained throughout and with the addition of central heating could be lived in comfortably in all seasons.

The fully fitted kitchen has an arched dividing wall separating the dining room and lounge. Patio doors open to the balcony which overlooks the garden ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation.  Each double bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the balcony.

Floors are marble tiled throughout. Windows, doors and shutters are of painted wood. Solar panelling.

 

At present the gardens are mainly laid to lawn with Mediterranean palms lining the driveway.  A storeroom building is located at the boundary of the land.

 

The area of the land is 3,000 sq.m to the rear and 2,500 sq.m to the front. The addition of a large swimming pool plus games and recreational area would be a feasible option to create on-site facilities for guests.
