The building is currently separated into 8 individual apartments - 2 studios and 6 doubles.

Imerolia is a coastal hamlet of around twenty houses with a small fish taverna and a stone jetty for mooring. The beach is shingle and pebble and the water is as clear as glass. This is a place where you can enjoy complete relaxation with the option of a five minute walk along the coast road to lively Kassiopi which offers shopping, dancing and a vibrant night life.

A five-minute walk brings you to Kassiopi village, which offers a cosmopolitan mix of restaurants, take aways, boutiques, supermarkets and gift shops. Entertainment, in the music bars, is both modern and authentic and the village has a happy atmosphere. Like the rest of Kassiopi, the harbour is a combination of traditional and modern. High powered sailing boats moor alongside tiny local fishing vessels. A nice place to be.
