The house was built around 1890 of traditional stone construction and has been renovated sympathetically but with a modern touch. During the renovations, the whole roof was replaced with a new structure in 2002 (although the existing traditional old tiles were re-used). On the ground floor is the kitchen with tiled floor and fully fitted kitchen units, a reception room with storage space and marble floor and the wooden staircase that leads to the upper level. On that level is a comfortable lounge with wooden floors and ceiling and a few steps higher is the large shower/changing room with additional storage area. From the shower room there is a door out onto the roof terrace. From the lounge, there are wooden steps up to a mezzanine sleeping area. |
