The house is situated on an elevated position at the right side of a private driveway. An external staircase on the left side of the building leads to the house's entrances, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. The entrance to the first floor opens to a spacious hallway. Exactly opposite is the internal staircase which leads to the second floor. On the right side are the guest toilet and the study room. On the right of the internal staircase the room opens to a large lounge area with a modern fire place. On the right side large French doors give access to the balcony with uninterrupted views all the way to Corfu Town and Gouvia Bay. On the left side is the open plan kitchen and further to the back the dining area. The second floor has access through the internal and the external staircase. It consists of one en suite bedroom, three more bedrooms, one bathroom and one storeroom. The house is centrally heated. All rooms have balconies overlooking either the garden or facing east towards Corfu Town. As the house is facing east it has sun most of the day. There is a seperate door to the ground floor which is used as a utility andstore room. The land is wild with mature trees and plants and there is enough space for a swimming pool, if required.
