A short circular driveway leads through private gates to the main entrance door. Once inside, a small reception area opens to the lounge, benefiting from an open fireplace specifically designed to burn large olive wood logs. Long sliding patio doors create a wall of glass offering views across the bay to Lazareto Island and the Venetian town of Corfu, with the open sea beyond. To the right of the reception area are three double bedrooms. All have glass patio doors opening to the gardens, en-suite bathrooms, and large wardrobes. Situated within the hallway to these rooms is an additional visitor's bathroom and floor to ceiling wardrobe storage space. From the lounge, at the opposite end of the house, is the kitchen. This is an American style large kitchen where the focus is on cooking and preparing meals for friends and family. Views from this room are the same as those from the lounge. From the kitchen, a door opens to a small hallway and to the guest suite, consisting of small double bedroom with shower and adjacent toilet . This small suite benefits from a private entrance via the car-port. The conservatory stretches the length of the house, providing a dining area leading to the terraced gardens, where fruit trees and flowering shrubs produce perfume and colour throughout the seasons. Beneath the patio garden is an unusual basement apartment with its own small garden area. Although the design is modern, this part of the house has been neglected over the years and is now in need of restoration. An outdoor storage building is located in a secluded part of the garden.
