Approximately 4,000 sq.m of land, in the north-east, situated very close to the old fortress of Kassiopi and as such offers truly magnificent views. There are very few plots of this kind available anymore.

A two-minute walk brings you to Kassiopi village, which offers a cosmopolitan mix of restaurants, take aways, boutiques, supermarkets and gift shops. Entertainment, in the music bars, is both modern and authentic and the village has a happy atmosphere.
Like the rest of Kassiopi, the harbour is a combination of traditional and modern. High powered sailing boats moor alongside tiny local fishing vessels. A nice place to watch the sun go down.
