The land is situated above the main road heading north to Acharavi, Roda and Sidari, with fabulous views of the nature reserve and salt lakes of Agios  Spyridon.

A mere five minute stroll will take you to the lovely sandy beach on the north coast. Another five minutes and you find yourself at the beach of Molos.
There are a variety of water sports on offer at both beaches and a variety of restaurants with menus ranging from fresh fish, traditional Greek cuisine and quick snacks for those on the move.

Heading in the opposite direction by car you arrive at the lively resort town of Acharavi where you will find everything you could possibly need for either your weekly shop or late night dining and dancing.
