The main doorway opens directly to the lounge with a fully fitted corner kitchen on the left side and a wooden staircase leading to the lower floor on the right side.

On the opposite of the entrance is the balcony with beautiful views to the sea. The room has wooden floor and wooden beamed ceiling.

Down the staircase are the bedroom with fitted wardrobes and the full sized bathroom. The floors here are tiled and the ceiling is wooden. On the opposite of the staircase is a patio door leading to a spacious courtyard surrounded by trees, shrubs and flowers.
Attached to the bedroom, sharing the same courtyard but with independent entrance, is another en suite bedroom, with tiled floor and wooden ceiling.  

There is a private parking area a few meters away from the house.
