An iron gate opens to the front of the land where there is plenty of space for parking. The house can be accessed via the kitchen door on the right hand side or via the main door which opens to the lounge/dining area. The kitchen area is fitted with all electrical appliances and on a lower level is a sitting area. An arched doorway on the left leads to the spacious open plan  lounge/dining area. An internal staircase on the left side gives access to the upper floor. 
Opposite the staircase, is another door which opens to the rear terraced and garden area. Here are a stone well used in case of emergencies and the old olive press which is in need of full renovation. The olive press equipment such as the olive wood lintels and the original grinding wheel has been kept in a very good condition.

On the same level and next to the door which opens to the garden, is a hallway with a kitchenette, a separate shower room and at the end of it is a recently renovated lounge area with many traditional features, like the old open fireplace and the old doors and windows. Right next to it is another big room in need of renovation which is used as a storage area.

The upper floor can be also accessed through the external staircase which leads to the front balcony with beautiful views of the village.  As you enter this floor, there is a big sitting area giving access to two big bedrooms on the left side and another bedroom, a spacious bathroom with full size bath and a reception area on the right side with access to the front balcony.
