The entrance to the house is on the left hand side of the building through a flag stoned external corridor. A hall is connected to a large sized lounge with big fireplace. On the right hand side is a modern and ergonomic fully fitted kitchen full of light with dining area and a cozy lounge on the other end with another small open fire place. On the left hand side of the hall is the staircase leading to the upper floors and next to it a guest toilet.

On the first floor are 2 bedrooms and a shower bathroom. The smaller bedroom is currently used as a lounge. A big verandah externally connects the two bedrooms. It is an asset of the house, a place for dinner with friends, with nice views to the island itself and the sea far beyond.

On the second floor is the master bedroom. A very large room with the balcony window having the same view as the verandah underneath. The bathroom here is en-suite leading into a walk-in wardrobe.
