From the road the property is defined by a high wall and the entrance is via a sliding iron gate, leading to the villa's main door on the right side and to the parking area on the left side. All the outdoor areas are surfaced with an attractive patterned cement, giving the look of stone paving.

The main door opens directly to the lounge with the sitting area on the right side, the open fire place on the opposite and the wooden staircase that leads on the upper level on the left side.  Parts of the walls are made of stone, giving the villa a warm, traditional character. The ceiling above the sitting area is very high, beamed and wooden.
Large windows provide the space with ample natural light. On the right of the fire place is a large French door, opening to the roof tiled covered veranda, ideal for al fresco dining.  A few steps lower is the swimming pool and on the left of it is the bbq area and the garage.

There is an open plan area under the staircase with an opening leading to the large, modern and ergonomic fully fitted kitchen with solid granite work tops, large cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.

A wooden door at the far right end of the kitchen leads to a long corridor.  Starting from the first door on the right side, there is a small storage area, a twin bed room opening to the covered veranda, a large bathroom with bathtub & shower corner and at the far end a second large bedroom with double bed and a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool. 
On top of the staircase is a small hallway with wooden rails overlooking the sitting area.
A large window offers beautiful countryside views. One step higher is the master bedroom. The room is very spacious with an open plan large Jacuzzi on the left corner. French doors open to a big veranda with uninterrupted views all the way to the Chalikiopoulos Lake, the airport and Corfu Town. On the left of the bedroom’s door is a hallway and next to it is the en-suite bathroom. The floor is tiled and the ceiling is wooden beamed.
