With attention to detail this old olive press has been recently transformed into a contemporary house combining tradition with a modern way of living. Local stone was used to keep the original character of the building.

The entrance to the property is via iron gates. On the first level’s left side is the villa’s ground floor and on the right side is the built in bbq area covered with pergolas. Further down is the swimming pool area. All the outdoor areas are covered with flag stones.
In the house all floors are tiled and most of the ceilings are beamed covered with wood. The house has been planned to allow the possibility to divide it into two separate large apartments. It has two different main doors and two big, modern, ergonomic and fully equipped kitchens.  A hallway in the middle of the building connects the two parts and also through a wooden staircase leads to the large lower floor. Here is the playing room with an open fireplace, the guest toilet and the utility room. Large patio doors lead to the lower outdoor area.

The first entrance opens to a big lounge/dining area with an open fireplace. This room is connected with 3 en suite bedrooms, one large fully equipped kitchen and the hallway. The second entrance opens directly to the second open plan kitchen with a smaller dining and lounge area. Right on the opposite are the 2 other en suite bedrooms and on the left side a door opens to the hallway. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. All the rooms open to the outdoor terraced areas or to the large covered balcony which surrounds the north-east side of the building. The villa has double glazed windows and patio doors, underfloor heating and air conditioning units in every room.
An old well and the remains of a small stone building are also inside the land which could be renovated into a store or independent studio.
