The entrance to the property is via iron gates through the part of the land which is facing the main road. There is ample parking space and a covered parking area at the rear of the building.

The villa’s main entrance opens directly to the open plan kitchen, diner and lounge area. On the left side is the lounge with the open fireplace. Large double-glazed patio doors open to the big front terrace. On the right side is the fully-fitted kitchen and the dining area. The kitchen is modern and it comes with all the electrical appliances.
Behind the lounge is a hallway which leads to the guest toilet and to the first bedroom. This room has access to the front terrace, as well.  It also has access to a small room where the central heating equipment is and to a bigger one which is used as storage/utility room and opens to the swimming pool area.
A marble staircase, filled with natural light due to the small windows, leads to the upper floor. Here is a walk-in wardrobe, three bedrooms – one en suite - and two bathrooms. All the bathrooms have full-sized baths and all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and open to big private balconies.
The villa has central heating throughout and all the windows and doors open to nice views of the sea, Corfu Town and Gouvia Marina.

The swimming pool is situated at the left side of the villa offering lots of privacy. The garden is planted with grass, lots of flowers and some the big trees.  The built-in barbeque and the covered terrace next to the pool area are ideal for outdoor dining during the hot summer days. Additionally, the terrace at the front offers lots of shade, as it is covered with pergolas. 
The property is situated very close to Gouvia village and to all amenities. Corfu Town is only a 15 minutes drive.
