"Being a native of Corfu but living abroad, I was looking, with my wife, to purchase a piece of land and build a house in Corfu. We wanted this piece of land to combine specific characteristics: To be located on the northeastern part of Corfu, not too steep, well oriented, close and if possible walking distance from the sea, nice views, olive trees and cypresses, easy access, quiet and not in an overbuilt area and not too far from the town. You may rightly say that we were looking for the ideal place and piece of land and that if we did find it, it would cost a fortune.
Well, it took us sometime. We visited many areas and saw many pieces of land, but we did not find the one we imagined in our heart and mind.
We became very friendly and well acquainted with Jonathan, our man of luck. He showed us a piece of land that combined all the characteristics that we were looking for. We immediately fell in love with it. We had found the “ideal place and piece of land” and above all at a very reasonable price and in walking distance from a fantastic isolated beach. We completed, with Jonathan’s help, all the necessary arrangements and within three days we had bought the piece of land. We have already started building the house.
We are sure that Jonathan has the “magic solution” for any demands."
